  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
  4. If desired, roll the dough into balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
  5. Place the cookie balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
