Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish to form a base.
- Bake the base for 10-12 minutes, until set.
- Let the base cool, then spread the sugar-free caramel sauce over it.
- Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips until smooth, then pour over the caramel layer.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, approximately 1-2 hours.
- Cut the bars into squares and enjoy!
