Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish to form a base.
  4. Bake the base for 10-12 minutes, until set.
  5. Let the base cool, then spread the sugar-free caramel sauce over it.
  6. Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips until smooth, then pour over the caramel layer.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, approximately 1-2 hours.
  8. Cut the bars into squares and enjoy!
