Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Incorporate the chicken breasts, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the uncooked penne pasta.
