Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the mixture out in a single layer for optimal roasting.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
