Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by combining cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and cooked bacon in a bowl.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the filling and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
